Accelerating Inclusion

50-30 Challenge Training

WEC is leading the way in promoting gender equity, diversity, and inclusion across Canada. Our 50-30 Challenge Training Programs are designed for organizations that are looking to accelerate inclusion within their organization. This volunteer pledge is an initiative of the Government of Canada that aims to achieve two important goals:

1) 50% gender parity (women and/or non-binary people) on boards and in senior leadership roles.
2) 30% representation of equity-deserving groups, including racialized people, Black and People of Colour, people with disabilities, 2SLGBTQ+ individuals, and Indigenous Peoples.

Through our Accelerating Inclusion programs, available nationwide, we provide leaders with practical tools and strategies to build more inclusive and diverse teams. Whether you’re looking to create a more balanced board or assume a board or senior leadership position, our training will help you make meaningful change.
