Our Programs

Building Resilient Economies

We offer initiatives that promote gender parity and increase the representation of equity-deserving groups in leadership roles. Through mentorship and support, we empower women to overcome barriers and develop the skills needed to thrive in their careers. These programs are designed to create more inclusive workplaces and strengthen communities.

Advancing Careers and Strengthening Communities

Accelerating Inclusion

This training supports organizations that aim for 50% gender parity and 30% representation of equity-deserving groups in leadership roles. The training helps businesses create more diverse and inclusive leadership teams, making sure women and other underrepresented groups have a seat at the table.

Her Mentors

Her Mentors is a program that helps women get into the careers they want by offering personalized mentorship. It’s all about giving them the support, skills, and confidence they need to succeed and move forward in their professional journey.

Empowering Women Transforming Lives

At the Women’s Economic Council, we measure success by the impact on each woman’s life. Our programs focus on empowering women to achieve economic security through tailored support, like mentorship. While we help individuals, we’re also working to create a more inclusive and diverse economic landscape across Canada’s communities.
