Born and raised in India, Roshni Antony is a professional who has held progressive leadership roles globally in human resources over the past 25 years within the service, airline and transportation, retail, health-care , and currently with the Public sector. She has broad experience in facilitating business transformation and process improvements, driving employee and labor relations, employee engagement, performance management, disability management and wellness, talent management and organizational and leadership development. Roshni holds an MBA (Strategy) degree from Strathclyde Business School, Master’s (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) diploma from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Bachelor of Science degree from University of Mumbai, and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources. Having lived and worked in India, UK and Dubai for many years, she moved to St. John’s around 2013 and loves the city and the people here. She has worked for organizations with 20 employees to 80,000 employees and has also taught people management courses to MBA students. Among her professional and nonprofit affiliations, Roshni is the VP of the Multicultural Women’s Organization of NL and has been a board member of CPHRNL. She volunteers with other organizations such as Women’s Economic Council and YWCA. Roshni has lived experience of the challenges faced by newcomers in the employment arena and likes to call her experience a success story.
