The Women’s Economic Council (WEC) is seeking four (4) candidates well connected in at least one of the targeted provinces (QC, BC, AB, and NL). Working together with diverse partners, this position will enable WEC to accelerate the inclusion of more women/womxn into leadership positions in co-operative and other businesses, and organizations, especially those in equity deserving groups including those identifying as: racialized, Black, and/or people of colour (“visible minorities”), people with disabilities (including invisible and episodic disabilities), 2SLGBTQ+ and/or gender and sexually diverse individuals, and Aboriginal and/or Indigenous peoples.
