Working together with diverse partners, this position will support 50-30 challenge participants and help them implement D&I in their processes to increase the number of women, particularly those from equity deserving groups such as BIPOC, 2SLGBTQ+, and women with special needs, in leadership roles in their organizations. The right candidate will carry our activities for our 50-30 project in Alberta and support our challenge partners and participants.
