Maureen is the consummate professional. Her experience, wealth of knowledge and business ‘savvy” are clearly evident in the first few minutes of meeting her. Her ability to quickly zero in on the core issue/challenge, provide personalized advice and practical next steps is impressive.
As a serial entrepreneur, she has a diverse professional career spanning executive leadership coaching, business consulting & development, training, real estate, insurance and recruitment.
Her role as Executive Leadership Coach supports leaders/managers to maximize their unique leadership capabilities, grow their strengths, develop their people management skills, enhance their executive presence, and get promoted.
As a women’s advocate, she is passionate about championing future women leaders. Maureen has been a member, participant, speaker, and/or volunteer for over 15 years with 12 different women organizations. Currently she is the Women in Leadership Foundation’s Vancouver Chapter Co-Chair and a member of the National Advisory Committee for the Women’s Economic Council.
Maureen holds a Masters of Science in Management and a Masters of Science in Financial Services. She is a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Business Coach. She has been an instructor with Langara College Continuing Studies.
She enjoys CFL football, BC Lions games, reading, networking, social events, dancing, travel, spending time with family & friends, and FUN!
