The Women’s Economic Council (WEC) is seeking an Interim Executive Director (IED) to guide our organization through the next phase of a transition that is based on the report and recommendations of a change management consultant. The overall responsibility of the IED is to manage the transition of WEC as it moves from a collective management structure to an organization model with co-executive directors (Co-EDs). The IED will facilitate change-management in board and management roles and responsibilities, using collaborative processes and providing oversight while implementing the recommended transition plans.
Working closely with our board, staff and consultants, the successful candidate will guide our organization through the next phase of a transition that is based on the report and recommendations of a change management consultant. We want to ensure that WEC’s growth is driven by a transparent Theory of Change that is reflected in a clear mission, vision and values, well documented, and disseminated and socialized at different levels.
