The Women’s Economic Council (WEC) is seeking Innovative/Instructional Design Consultant(s) to carefully develop innovative and/or instructional design process, using adult learning principles. This position will enable the cooperative sector to implement leading-edge solutions, including blended approaches and digital, customized to support the sector in reaching its 50:30 goals and objectives.
Together with WEC, the innovative design team will also engage women and non-binary people in board/management capacity building activities, minimum 50%, and work closely with equity seeking groups to raise awareness of the many business, financial and other opportunities offered by the co-operative sector, minimum 30%, in co-operative the many different co-operative structures and activities in Canada.
