At WEC, our vision is to achieve economic security for every woman! Our knowledge sharing projects bring diverse organizations and stakeholders from across Canada together into collaboration to help each other fulfil our mandates to serve and empower women.
Our GBA+ project aims to spark a national conversation about Gender Based Analysis + with Canadian organizations.
What are we trying to achieve?
•Discover the role GBA+ plays in your work and the services you deliver.
•Share GBA+ resources and current efforts to increase its presence.
•Exchange with various stakeholders across the country, who work directly with women.
•Learn more about the impact of current policies, programs, services and other initiatives on women.
•Report back to governments in the hope of promoting the use of GBA+ in decision making.
